Some people never learn...

So behind our office building is kind of a narrow back alley which leads to the various car parks for the office buildings on the block, and where the garbage trucks r meant to go. Thus the whole alley is a no parking zone... but there is always these indian guys from 1 of the offices on our level who keep parking in that alley. Yesterday I saw parking inspectors booking his car and I was loling. Then today, that same car is parked in the exact same spot again! -_- You would think you would stop parking somewhere if you got booked there, since it obviously means that there are inspectors checking that area. What a moron...
